I’ve just wrapped up my first property roadshow across Thailand — nearly three weeks on the ground exploring four key markets: Phuket, Pattaya, Bangkok, and Hua Hin.
This trip was a solo mission — just me, a suitcase, and a packed calendar of meetings with developers, agents, and business partners. My goal was simple: to get a real, firsthand look at what’s happening in each region, across every price bracket — from entry-level condos to luxury beachfront villas.
Over the three weeks, I viewed dozens of projects — both completed and off-plan — comparing quality, pricing, and investment potential. I also met with our local partners to strengthen relationships and discuss how we can best support Australian buyers looking for secure and rewarding property opportunities in Thailand.
It’s been an inspiring trip, full of insight and new ideas that will help shape how we guide our clients through the buying process. There’s nothing like seeing it all up close — and I’m excited to share more details (and a few surprises) from the roadshow soon. I'll report shortly on each location in more detail.
